Working with a tight timeline and a tighter budget, the team for BIG Oakland relied on the agility of its team to create a new building industry specific coworking space within the wedge-shaped Lionel J. Wilson building. Tenant improvements in the energetic Frank Ogawa Plaza building offer flexibility, and an inviting space for the East Bay building industry and Town community partners.
